REMINDER: The first Cabinet meeting for the 2005-2006 year is coming up pretty fast. 
July 31, 2005 at the Newaygo County Commission On Aging, 93 Gibbs, White Cloud.
All Cabinet meetings are open to all Lions in District 11E1. 
Coffee will be ready at 9:00 a.m.
 Committee Meetings will be the first order of business after  appropriate Cabinet opening, at 9:30 a.m.
 Voting Cabinet will have organizational meeting during the committee meetings.
 Cabinet will reconvene about 10:30 and proceed with the business and reports of the Cabinet.
 All Lions are invited to join us for the reports of Officers and Committee Chairpersons.
 Lunch will be at noon.. We will recess until everyone is served.
White Cloud Lions Club is preparing morning coffee cake and a picnic lunch for you for $5.00. 
 There will be a special program for any individuals that do not wish to hear all the Cabinet reports. In the past we called it the ladies  program’ but we have updated our language and now it is simply the ‘special program’. All ladies, lions & non lions invited to participate in the ‘
‘special program’.
 Our meeting will NOT extend past 3:30 p.m. If we finish earlier, great, but we will NOT go over. If you choose to stay and visit that is perfectly ok. We have unlimited use of the building all day.

The Semi-annual Dues Billing for District 11E1 and Multiple District 11 will be based on the June M report. Please mail the June Membership report to the 2005-06 District Secretary:

Roster Books
The District Roster Book will be passed out at the first District Meeting July 31st in White Cloud. Each Club is eligible to receive a roster book, one for the President and one for the Treasurer. The roster book includes all the proper addresses for mailing your club donations, includes a listing of all lions & lioness clubs officers and includes all District Committees plus all the District elected officials. If clubs need more than two books the cost will be $3.50 each. Call Governor Janalee to request extra books. All Lioness Clubs are eligible for a book and all official District Committee members receive a book. It is a valuable reference guide. Don’t miss picking your book up on July 31st at the Cabinet meeting in White Cloud

REMINDER:
· All cabinet meetings will be held at the NEWAYGO COUNTY COMMISSION ON AGING,
  93 Gibbs, White Cloud. Michigan.
· Meetings will start promptly at 9:30 a.m. and will end by 3:30 p.m.
· Everyone is welcome to attend the cabinet meetings. It’s YOUR Cabinet, YOU voted us in 
  and we certainly welcome your input at all meetings of the cabinet.
· MEETING DATES: JULY, 31, 2005, October 2, 2005, January 15, 2006
· DIRECTIONS TO MEETING:  Turn West at the traffic light on M37 in White Cloud, 
 (Wilcox) Turn North at the 2nd Street, (Gibbs), Commission on Aging is in the 2nd block on 
 the left side of the road.
· Water, Coffee & Rolls will be ready to serve at 9:00 a.m.
· Light lunch will be brought in by White Cloud Lions Club at noon. 
· Cost for the day $5.00 for snacks, breaks, lunch and great fellowship with Lions!
